Mumineen planning to Travel to Makkah or Madina for Umrah and Madina Ziyarat must register on SigatulHaj Website atleast 24 hrs prior to their Arrival Schedule.

Wheelchairs are totally barred from entering Mataaf. Tawaf is to be done walking only.

Zaereen intending to come for Umrah need to register and seek approval. Unregistered or Unapproved Zaereen would not be attended in Makkah & Madina. Zaereen can either join a tour group or can come individually.

Zaereen either coming in tour groups or individually must bring along with them the following

• Approval Letter (to be printed from the sigatulhaj website only)

• Safai Chithhi

• ITS Card

• Approval Letter obtained from sigatulhaj website is not for Visa purposes. It is only for Faiz administration. 

• For Visa purposes Zaereen can print Accommodation Letter from the website after their application is approved.

Individuals can make New Applications uptil 24 hours before their arrival time at Saudia.

Individuals shall fill all the details in the registration form accurately.

Applications can be edited upto 48 Hours prior to the flight arrival time in saudia.

Though approved by Sigatulhaj, Approval Letter can be printed only after edit option is locked (48 hours prior to arrival time at Saudia).

If in case, after getting approval, Mumineen Zaereen Kiram could not come for Umrah & Ziarat for any reasons, Tour Operators / Individuals must send request through email for cancellation of their registration, prior to their arrival date, failing which would lead to blockage of their ITS IDs for any transaction on sigatulhaj website.

Zaereen shall take Sabaq from Raza na Saheb in their respective native places and also procure Mansak before coming for Umrah.

For Fakkul Ehram, groups are sent to haram twice a day.

• 7.30 am in the morning

• 8 pm at night.

• Zaereen coming uptil 1 hour before the said timings would be sent in that slot otherwise they would have to wait for the next slot.

Those groups planning for 2 umrahs shall make sure that they have minimum of 10 days gap between 2 umrahs. And after 2nd umrah zaereen must keep a day or 2 in spare before departing from Saudia.
