Requirements

Mumineen with any nationality are eligible for On-Arrival e-Visa in Iraq, when travelling via Fayz-e-Husayni.
ITS Number.
Valid scanned Safai Chithi or ITS Waraqutut Tarkhis.
Digital picture in Libas ul Anwar as shown below.
Digital passport copies as shown below.
6 months passport validity from return date.
Three full empty page in passport.
Last date to register - 5th June 2024 (29 mi Zilqad al-Haram 1445h) - Subject to availability.

Photographs

The personal image should be taken to dimensions (51mm x 51mm) within the last 6 months on a white background.
Must contain a full face, neck and shoulders photograph of the applicant in peripheral view with a neutral expression and without glasses.
Photograph should be in JPEG format only.
Photograph should be in Libas ul Anwar only.

Passport Copies

Passport copy must be scanned clearly (600 dpi) readable and printable.
If the information in the passport are on 2 pages as in Indian Passports, then the front and last both pages should be submitted in a single JPEG file.
Passport copy should be in JPEG format only.
Black & White copy or Mobile pictures will not be accepted.

Instructions

Recommended Arrival/Departure: Najaf Airport. However, Mumineen can also travel via Baghdad Airport.

Check-in: 10:00 am (local time) & Check-out: 8:00 am (local time). Late check-out will be charged additional day rates per passenger.
Lawazim to be paid in CASH ONLY in London.
Travelling on Miqaat/Urus dates is NOT permitted.
English Toilets and exclusive family rooms are only available in Hotel Accommodation.
The tour can be between 12 to 16 days max, additional days will be charged extra as per normal day rate per day per person and not at Ashara rate.
As of now, Fayz Accommodation is not available for Ashara 1446H. No single rooms are available in Hotel. If single room is required, it will be charged at double rate. If Fayz Accommodation becomes available, you will be given an option to move to Fayz.
Transport will only be available to and from Fayz Premises and not Hotel.
